Does the banner stay up all year?
It is displayed from 1 October to 31 August. Banners come down in early September, at the height of the hurricane season, and go back up for the new season — a banner stretched across a fence does not survive a hurricane, and becomes a hazard itself. Screen broadcasting, safely indoors, carries on without interruption.
Who produces the banner?
The association handles printing and installation. You send us your artwork (vector logo, high-resolution image or PDF) from your follow-up page, once your partnership is confirmed.
What if I join mid-season?
You only pay for the remaining quarters. The season is split into four: October-December, January-March, April-June, July-September. The price shown already takes today’s date into account.
Do we receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice in your company’s name, for an advertising service. It reaches you by e-mail as soon as your payment is recorded (or straight away if you pay by transfer).
Does the partnership renew automatically?
No. We write to you before the 30 September deadline to offer another season — the choice is yours.
